Giant pastel de nata
Pasteis de nata are the best portuguese desserts ! We made a giant version of it so you can share it with all your family : todo bem ;-)

- 8 inches diameter mold

- Pour milk in a pan on medium heat. Add vanilla sugar and lemon peel and remove from heat after 10 minutes.
- Mix corn starch and sugar in a bowl.
- Add this mix to the milk and whisk.
- Add egg yolks and mix again. Thicken this mix on medium heat.
- Unroll the puff pastry dough in a greased mold.
- Pour the batter in the puff pastry. Bake 30 min at 350°F (180°C).
- There you are, your giant pastel de nata is ready !
