Easter terrine with mashed potatoes - video recipe!

- Peel and slice the potatoes. Cook them in boiling water for 30 minutes.
- Mash the potatoes. Add salt, pepper, nutmeg, and the egg. Combine well.
- Finally add the cheese and the ham.
Grease and flour a cake mould. - Put half the mashed potatoes and press well to spread it in the mould.
- Place the peeled hard boiled eggs in a line in the center, then cover with what is left of the mashed potatoes and smooth the top.
- Bake 30 minutes at 350°F (180°C).
- There you are, your Easter terrine is ready!

It depends on your taste. You should put 1/2 to 1/4 teaspoon of pepper and nutmeg. As for the salt, put 1/2 teaspoon, then taste it to make sure it is how you like it.
What cheese is in the recipe?
Here we used Emmental cheese, but you can use cheddar or swiss cheese.
