- Heat pan .Add cleaned and washed spinach , sprinkle little water and cover with a lid . Cook till done and keep aside.
- Meanwhile , heat a pan . Add a spoon of oil , once hot , add chopped tomato,garlic and red chillies and saute till tender.
- Once done , allow it to cool and keep aside. Then , grind spinach with this mixture and little salt .Add very less water.
- Temper it with Mustard , Urat dal , Red Chillies and Onion .
- Serve hot with Rice / Roti / Idli /Dosa .
