Chocolate + pears, what a delicious combo ! This cake is super easy to make and perfect as a snack or for dessert. Here is the recipe :

- Cake mold
- Parchment paper

- Melt chocolate + cream. Melt butter. Peel pears and keep the stalk.
- Mix eggs + sugar. Add melted chocolate + cream and mix. Add melted butter and mix again.
- Add cocoa powder, almond flour and baking powder and mix well.
- Pour the batter in a greased mold and covered with parchment paper. Cut the pears in halves, scoop out the center and put them in the batter.
- Bake 45 min at 350°F. Unmold carefully.
- There you are, your cake is ready !
