When it's hot outside and you already ate salad the whole week : make some fresh pea soup!

- Plunging mixer
- Pan
Preparation
- With a plunging mixer, mix the peas and the cold broth together.
- Add sour cream, salt and pepper and mix again.
- If you want, add some mint to the preparation and mix again.
- Put your soup in the fridge for 15 minutes.
- Add some olive oil and feta on top for fresher taste.
