What I loved about this sauce is that it's spicy and I love spicy, but I love mustard even more. This has a nice rich mustard flavor, but it is subtle enough to not overwhelm the sauce. Unlike a Texas barbeque sauce, this sauce is more of a sweeter tomato based sauce that is thick and rich. The molasses and brown sugar give it a sweet taste, then to counter the sweetness the spices give it a nice pizzazz. If you are looking for a wonderful Memphis barbeque this is the best I have found outside of Memphis. As my Dad would say this barbeque, sauce will put hair on your chest! It?s incredible. If you love the flavor of the habanero pepper, you will love this sauce.
