{Weeklong Craving}

By The Travelling Tastebuds (Visit website)

One thing you should know about me is that when I get cravings… I crave the EXACT SAME THING for DAYS… sometimes WEEKS… and on the rare occasion… MONTHS! Sometimes my cravings are healthy stuff like corn… no kidding… I really :love: corn… sometimes they are quirky… like spicy hot chili sauce… sometimes I crave an entire MEAL! My craving these past few days have been for the Chipotle steak burrito… I’ve had it three days in a row so far… and I plan to go back again today. Am I crazy?

I AM GOING TO EAT YOU… nom nom nom :) It’s almost as big as my face! They say you should only eat the size of your fist because that is the natural size of your stomach. Apparently… my stomach is the size of my head because I was still hungry after that burrito. Are my eyes kind of weird? I think I look kind of psycho… this is me trying to make my eyes a little smaller because the picture I had before this made my eyes pop out of my head and made me look like a serial killer with a fetish for burritos.

I always get the same filling: rice… fajita veggies… tomato salsa… corn salsa… guacamole. No beans… yuck! I used to have cheese {but took that out because it’s added calories & I can never taste it anyways with the mesh of other flavors}… and sour cream… but took that out too… unvoluntarily.

Moving along here… this morning I went for a very very long walk. 8 miles! I had to work off all those burritos somehow. I feel great… now if only I could RUN 8 miles then I’d be golden. Look what I found dead in the front yard.

What is it? A bumblebee? I’ve never seen a bumblebee before. Aren’t they supposed to be yellow? It’s kind of funny how he’s actually dead & laying on its back. I feel like putting ‘x’ marks on his eyes.

After my walk… I headed to Starbucks to get some work done. As I was pulling into the parking lot… this song was playing on the radio.

This was one of my favorite songs in the 90′s. I used to dance to it {in the privacy of my room} all the time. Along with Bon Jovi… I was also a HUGE fan of Meatloaf… remember them?

I used to have deep philosophical conversations with my friends about what he means when he says, “I would do anything for love… but I won’t do that.” “What won’t he do?”… they would ask. I  had all the answers by the time I hit 7th grade… so of course I retorted with… “Duh… he’s talking about SEX!” Yep… 15 years and a college degree later… I still hold by my answer. What do you think?

P.S. Guess what? I am walking the 2-day Avon marathon for Breast Cancer in September 2011. The event takes place in beautiful Santa Barbara and I am so excited! If you'd like to donate towards the fight against breast cancer... you can help out here!
