1, 2, 3 Breakfast

By Eat, Drink and Be Aware (Visit website)

Good Morning!

Today's breakfast was a quick bowl of Kashi Go Lean mixed with Fiber One, a sprinkling of fresh raspberries and blueberries with some Unsweetened Vanilla Almond Breeze.

1,2,3 Breakfast

3/4 cup Kashi Go Lean Cereal- 110 calories
1/2 cup Fiber One Cereal- 60 calories
Blueberries and Raspberries- 25 calories
1 cup Unsweetened Vanilla Almond Breeze- 40 calories

Total - 235 calories

This was a nice change from my warm oats and with the warmer weather coming I suspect that I may be enjoying more bowls of cold cereal. I am a HUGE fan of Kashi products and love both Go Lean and Go Lean Crunch. They are super filling cereals and are loaded with fiber and protein. 1 cup of Go Lean Cereal has 140 calories, 1 gram of fat, 13 grams of protein and 10 grams of fiber. I added an additional 60 calories and 14 grams of FIBER to my bowl of cereal by adding Fiber One.

Obviously, I am am feeling bloated, and these high fiber cereals always help keep my digestive track in check. The scale was still high this morning and I want to break my double digit and get down to my "happy weight". I feel a little sore from lifting weights yesterday (love it) and plan on running before teaching Baby Boot Camp and doing Ab Ripper when I get home.

We have been busy, busy with end of the year activities and I am gearing up for our weekend. My sister and family are moving up to Fort Worth, Texas and the denial is wearing off and I am getting really SUPER sad. The movers come on Friday and I get to take my neice and newphew for the day and we get to have a sleepover at my house on Friday. Then Saturday we are going to get up early and drive the kids to Fort Worth to help move them into their new home. I know it is only 3 1/2 hours away and we will get together all the time but it is still sad. Such is Life.

Another beautiful sunrise this morning and it is time for me to get the kids going as well as myself. I have a great lunch planned so will check back then.

Have a great day!
