I love cooking and baking....can you tell?

Over the years I picked up some very useful tips and ideas how to make cooking and baking easier and food tastier.

I love to talk food and exchange recipes so when anybody mentions anything to do with kitchen and food I listen and take mental notes. I really need to walk around with a notepad.

So today instead of posting another recipe I want to share 10 Useful Cooking Tips with you in hopes that you will share some of yours with me.
