Egg Omelet with Kiriboshi daikon

Sausage


Fried potato


Carrot


Egg omelet : beat eggs and cooked Kiriboshi daikon and then pour into skillet, while it is cooking, then roll it up


Fried potato : boil potato and mash it, mix with green onion and potato starch and then fry it on the skillet, add salt and pepper
