I am completely exhausted. Some how, cooking for 16 hours in the kitchen at home is more tiring than in the kitchens. I'm pretty sure it's the washing that keeps me way behind time on my preparations.

I didn't take many photos during the preparation of the 3 courses, but Ma was excited enough about the cake to take some photos.

I used Valhrona chocolate for the mousse. Yes, I know it could've been used better, but good chocolate makes great desserts. And the mousse is good.

Check out my facebook video from this morning's market tour. It's such a beautiful pair, music and food. To some, it may seem shallow to only think about eating and listening to music. But it's the purest of art that one can appreciate. To observe nature on the plate, in your nose, on your tongue. To be delivered to a higher place through melodies. To be able to appreciate that is a privilege in itself.

I'm very tired. I'll update tomorrow once I've cooked, cleaned up, taken photos, and watermark them. I've dozed off 4 times in the last sentence alone. Have a good rest of the week end. 6 times...
