3 in 1(Potato,Cauliflower,Cabbage Stir fry with peas)

Celebrating my blogs second monthly anni by sharing with u all  3 simple stirfry's using the same ingredients..

from top to botton(potato-peas stirfry/cauliflower-peas stirfry/cabbage-peas stirfry)


U need-
1 small green cabbage, chopped
(for Potato stirfry-2 medium potatoes,boiled,peeled and cubed)
(for Cauliflower stirfry-1 small head of cauliflower,chopped)
2 green chillies, chopped
1/2 onion, sliced thin/chopped
1/2 green bell pepper,sliced(for cauliflower-peas stirfry)can use for all three stirfrys.tastes and looks awesome
1/2 cup frozen peas
1/4 tsp garam masala
1/4 tsp turmeric powder
1/2 tsp cumin powder and 1/2 tsp coriander powder
1/2 tsp mustard seeds
5-6 curry leaves
Salt to taste
Oil -1 to 2 tblsp
 
For Potato-Peas Sabji(stirfry)- 
Heat oil in a pan. Add the mustard seeds and when they crackle, add the curry leaves and sliced onion. when onion begins to brown, add the green chillies and boiled potatoes. mix well, cover and cook for 3-4 minutes. Now add all the masalas and salt. Mix well, cover the pan and cook for about 5 minutes. Add the peas and saute well. Serve hot with Roti/Paratha/Puri /Lentil-Rice and enjoy.

For Cauliflower-Peas Stirfry-
Heat oil in a pan. Add the mustard seeds and when they crackle, add the curry leaves and sliced onion. when onion begins to brown, add the green chillies and cauliflower.saute on high  for 3-4 minutes til the florets r little browned. Add bellpepper& .mix.Now add all the masalas and salt. Mix well, cover the pan and cook for about 5 minutes. Add the peas and saute till the cauliflower has cooked. Serve hot with Roti/Paratha/Rice and enjoy..


For Cabbage-peas stir fry-
Heat oil in a pan. Add the mustard seeds and when they crackle, add the curry leaves and sliced onion. when onion begins to brown, add the green chillies and cabbage. mix well, cover and cook for 3-4 minutes. Now add all the masalas and salt. Mix well, cover the pan and cook for about 5 minutes. Add the peas and cook till the water had evaporated and cabbage has cooked. Serve hot with Roti/Paratha/Rice and enjoy..
