By The Love of Baking and Crafting (Visit website)

When I got this recipe off the web, I was excited to try it!!!  I couldn't wait, but have been sooo busy making cakes, that I couldn't find time to make them-----UNTIL NOW!  WOWZER, are they good!  Very naughty for the diet, but good for the soul!!  I do NOT even have to say that I hope you will enjoy these, because I know you will, HAHA!!!!!  I LOVE camping ALOT, and now have a cookie that I can take on the camping trip with us.  Because on our camping trips, we eat ALOT of smores!  Oh YEAH!!!!  And ALOT of hot dogs!!  Well, try these out and let me know how it goes for you.  And let me know how many you eat, LOL!!!!  ENJOY!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Smores Cookies (Cookie Madness)
1 cup (2 sticks) butter, softened3/4 c. brown sugar3/4 c. sugar2 eggs2 tsp. vanilla extract1 3/4 c all-purpose flour1 c. graham cracker crumbs1 tsp. baking soda1 tsp. salt2 c. mini chocolate chips1 1/2 c. mini marshmallows, or large ones cut up2 hershey bars, cut up (I used mini hershey bars, they are cute!!)Preheat oven to 375 degrees.  Beat the butter and sugars with an electric mixer until light and fluffy.  Add the eggs and vanilla to the butter mixture, and mix until combined.  In a large bowl, whisk together flour, graham cracker crumbs, baking soda, and salt.  Add the flour mixture to the butter mixture and mix well.  Stir in the chocolate chips.  Drop by rounded LARGE tablespoons onto a greased cookie sheet.  (Remember, I ALWAYS grease!)  Bake for 7 minutes and remove from oven.  Push a few marshmallows and chocolate into each cookie and return to the oven to bake an addtional 3-4 minutes.  Allow to cool on a wire rack.
