Ingredients:
1 teaspoon flaxseed
1 teaspoon hemp seed oil
3?4 cup apple juice
1?2 banana, sliced
1 teaspoon cardamom
1 teaspoon cinnamon
12 ounces of ice
Preparation:
Combine all ingredients in blender and puree. Garnish with orange slices or the fruit of your choice.
