A Passion for baking

Every person has a creative side and  I?m not an exception...
When it comes to cakes, one cannot resist from eating. When I came to U.S a year back I had no other job except for eating which mainly included cakes and so decided to experiment on Baking which would keep me occupied.
The very first experiment towards baking was Pineapple upside down cake, which tasted more like a pie than a cake.I challenged myself and this time tried a fruit cake for my brother?s birthday and yes I did it. This cake tasted same like the one which my mom made it when I was a kid. I did not even dream of baking a cake but seeing my first successful cake boosted up my energy towards baking and from then journey towards baking begins. ..
