A Slutty Shirley

By My Veggie Table (Visit website)

What can I say, we made this up. It was so good I had to share. Now, I do not mean to suggest that my husband and I were the first people to add vodka and some extra grenadine to a Shirley Temple, but I think we were the first to call her a slut because of it.

1 ounce of vodka
1.5 ounces of grenadine
4 ounces lemon-lime soda
ice
Pour the first three ingredients over ice and stir until well incorporated. Top with maraschino cherries, a slice of lemon, or nothing at all.
