A Weekend in Sonoma

By One Scoop At A Time (Visit website)

BJ and I drove to Sonoma for our first staycation of the year and went wine tasting!

We visited two wineries,  B.R. Cohn and Jacuzzi family wineries (yes, it's the same as the hot tub people).

The pleasant mid-60 degree weather was perfect for walking around the vineyard grounds without the need for a coat.  It was mostly overcast with bursts of sunshine now and then.

We also experienced our first olive oil tasting, which turns out to be quite common in the Sonoma area.

My favorite was the unfiltered oils as I tasted bits of olives.
