Aashirvaad Nutritious Roti
You need 500 g Aashirvaad wheat flour 2 cups shredded vegetables ( cabbage, spinach & carrots ) 1 cup sliced onion 1 teaspoon Aashirvaad rd chilli powder 2 teaspoon Aashirvaad cooking paste ¼ teaspoon Aashirvaad turmeric powder ¼ teaspoon Aashirvaad ginger ? garlic paste 2 teaspoon coriander leaves , chopped Salt to taste Water for kneading Oil as required Ghee for frying Method 1,Heat ghee / oil in a kadai / frying pan . Fry onions till golden color. Add ginger- garlic paste , shredded vegetables and cooking paste. Saute till done. 2, Add salt , chilli powder and turmeric powder. Fry on a medium heat for 3-5 minutes. Mash lightly. Leave it to cool. 3, Add the cooked mixture to the wheat flour little by little and mix well. Add coriander leaves. 4, Sprinkle a little water, and knead to make a soft dough. Keep aside for 30 minutes ( best way is to keep in Tupperware container ). 5, Make equal sized balls out of this dough. 6, Dust some wheat flour over it and roll out slightly thicker rotis. 7, Cook on a hot tawa till done. Apply ghee over it. 8, Serve with dal / pickle / curd / boondi raita. Tip : Cut the rotis in triangle shape. It will be a great and healthy idea for kids lunch lunch box .
