Achari chicken keema paratha
1/2kg Minced chicken 3 Lemon 1 bunch Crushed coriander 1 tsp Onion seeds 1 tsp Black pepper powder 1 tsp White cumin powder 1 tsp Crushed ginger 1 tbsp Red chili powder1 tbsp Vinegar Oil as requiredSalt as required
Method Heat some oil in a pan add the minced chicken along with the ginger vinegar, salt. Heat on a medium flame until the mixture dries. Turn the flame off and after cooling chop in a food processor.Heat 2tbsp oil in a pan, add the chicken along with the onion seeds, black pepper powder, red chili powder, chopped green chilies, black pepper powder, white pepper powder, crushed ginger .Fry for 5-10 minutes and squeeze the juice of a lemon on top.Roll a ball of dough with a rolling pin and fill it with the prepared mixture leaving the sides. Brush the edges with a paste of all purpose flour. Roll another ball of dough and cover it with the first one.Heat a flat skillet and toast the paratha from both the sides.
