Acme Bar & Grill
![]() Mmmmm. It's the first word that comes to mind when I think about Acme Bar & Grill. The place is a legit cajun restaurant with serious cred. It's been almost a year since I've been back, but I can still taste it. I miss it so much, I have to go back soon. What I miss most about the place is the Cajun Corn. The dish is two ears of corn, flame roasted corn on the cob with cotija cheese and cayenne pepper. And that stuff is CAKED on the corn. Oh man it is so creamy, spicy, and delicious. Acme is especially known for its Jumbo Pork Chops. And when they say "jumbo", they are not messing around! If you've read some of my past restaurant reviews you may have guessed that I am big into hot and spicy foods as well as hot sauce. Acme literally has a shelf that goes around the whole restaurant and on that shelf is bottle, after bottle, after bottle, of different hot sauces to check out. You are sure to find one that suits your taste and heat level.
