Adobo Dinner
Adobong Pusit (Squid) Ingredients:1/2 kilo squid (white kind)1 pc. onion, sliced5 cloves garlic, minced2 tbsp. olive or canola oilsaltpepper3 tbsp. vinegar1 cup water2 tbsp soy sauceleeks for garnishingProcedure: Clean and wash the squid then slice into half. In a pan, heat the cooking oil, saute onions and garlic. Add squid, put salt, stir occasionally and simmer for 2 minutes. Add water and let it boil. Add vinegar, pepper and soy sauce.Simmer for 2 minutes. Cooking seafood like squid should not take long time to avoid it becoming rubbery. Garnish with leeks. Serve hot. related searches : Adobo
