Ahi Tuna Satay with an Almond Butter Sauce along with a Purple Cabbage Salad

This month's Daring Kitchen challenge was presented by Cuppy from Cupplicious. She chose a Thai-inspired recipe for Pork Satay with Peanut Sauce from the book 1000 Recipes by Martha Day.

It was a very fun challenge as I love Chicken Satay and I frequently enjoy it at several fabulous Thai restaurants in Portland. I've always had the chicken version and I thought that I should try something new.
