Alioli

Alioli is a mayonnaise flavoured with garlic, very popular in Spain.



Ingredients



1 Egg
1 tbs Lemon Juice
Sun Flower Oil
Garlic - 1-4 cloves depending on the strength required
Pinch of salt.
Method

Blend all ingredients except oil.
Drizzle the oil in a little at a time until the Alioli thickens.
To make the Alioli thicker add more oil, to make thinner add a little water.
