All Aboard Seafood Pasta!

Okay, now before you say anything at all-hear me out. I know seafood can be expensive, especially the ones that I am using in this recipe. However, I also know that going out to eat with your man or girlfriends can be just as costly if not more. So, it is okay to splurge sometimes at the store for some good fresh food to cook! Are you with me? Good! Hang in there because when I get through with you girl your gonna be one daring wonderful cook who has her kids eating delicious food and her husband wrapped around her finger! LOL!

So today dish is a fantastic seafood pasta. I used the title All Aboard because I literally threw in 4 different types of seafood into this meal. We have mussels, scallops, shrimp and crabmeat. Yummm... Is your stomach growling at me yet? This was beyond one of the easiest dishes to make even though it seems so hard and scary at first. Honestly, I have never ever cooked mussels before. Of course that didn't stop me for doing it but I can say I was a little nervous. Yep, Ms. Belleicious was nervous. Have no fear though, I climbed that mountain and throw up my pearls and high heels in excitment! The mussels really were not that hard and the sauce to go over the pasta was easy, fast and so delicate. Oh, I can't wait for one of you to try this. Your going to be very impressed with yourself.

Serve this fine pasta dish with a nice side salad, a lrge piece of crusty bread or do what I did and pan-fry you some fantastic mozzarella sticks. Actually, I take that back. They didn't really turn out to be sticks because I used mozzarella medallions but you get the picture! Grrr..... Now I am hungry again after writing this post. Must get in the kitchen. Love you girls!
