Almond/Praline Brownies
![]() Ingredients: 3 eggs 150g sugar 120g all purpose flour 1 small tsp baking powder 60g powdered almonds A handful of sliced almonds 1 tbsp rich cacao powder (unsweetened) 200g Praline chocolate 150g black chocolate 150g semi-salted butter Method: Pre-heat the oven to 150°C. Melt the chocolates along with the butter and save. In a bowl, whip the eggs until you get a foamy mixture. ![]() Add the sifted flour and the baking powder all at once and stir well until you get a homogeneous mixture without any lumps. Add the cacao powder and both powdered and sliced almonds. Mix well.Add the melted chocolate-butter mixture and stir once again thoroughly. ![]() Grease a rectangular (or any other) baking tray with butter and dust with some flour. Pour the prepared mixture over the greased tray and bake for about 40 minutes.Remove and cool completely before unmolding. ![]() ![]() Note: Don't overwhip the mixture after the addition of eggs. Remove from the oven as soon as it is done. The almonds can be substituted by the traditional pecan nuts or the macadamia. related searches : Almond
