Amazing Overnight Oats

By A Healthy Passion (Visit website)

I received some lovely samples from the generous people over at Amazing Grass yesterday

and I am planning on making each of these little packets into something amazing.

Up first chocolate infusion.

Chocolate Green SuperFood contains a full spectrum of alkalizing green superfoods, antioxidant rich fruits, and support herbs united with organic Acai, Maca and Cacao to provide a powerful dose of whole food nutrition with a delicious dark chocolate taste. Complete with pre & probiotics and digestive enzymes to ensure rapid nutrient absorption and healthy digestion.

Pretty good for an additional 30 calories not to mention the chocolate infusion adds delicious chocolaty flavor to whatever you combine it with.

Okay I gotta get back to work one more day of midterms and i’m on spring break which means more time to blog ! :) I have a ton of great ideas/recipes I cannot wait to post about so get excited for next week.

Oh and Dutch will be back later with an awesome 12 minute surge workout for you all. I love surging on busy days like today when I don’t have time to make it to the gym but need that extra burst of energy to get me through my day. Trust me this one is a good one, i’m already sore ;)

Questions:

Favorite workout move? I love lunges and squats anything that gives me a burn.

Ever tried amazing grass? I have several times but usually mix it in with a smoothie or some water, i’m challenging myself to get creative this time around.

Have an amazing Tuesday!
