An Exciting Food Experience and a Chance to Go to the Fancy Food Show in NYC

The question was simple, "What was your most exciting food experience?" The prize: a weekend in New York, filled with other exciting meals and the Fancy Food Show.



So many meals came to mind: the tuxedoed waiter at Le Bernardin slowly pouring a sauce over a perfect sliver of fish, my first bite of Rocky Mountain oysters (deep fried beef testicles) in a dusty Texas bar while going cross country after college, or the first dinner I served my future husband in my New York apartment. But I ended up going with a more recent meal, a surprising, mind-blowing Japanese feast I had right here in Columbus.
