Apam Balik/ Ban Jian Kuih

My first attempt, doesn't look so good right.. =(
If you're wondering what it is, it's actually an unsuccessful Chin Loong Pau (Ban Jian Kuih) or in Malay we call it Apam Balik. There are two types of these.. One is the thick one, filled with peanuts, butter and sugar, the other one is the thin one, usually filled with corn. Well, I like both.

This surely didn't look as easy as it seems..

I would love to give it a second try..
And even though my apam balik looks really terbaliked and flattened, my grandpa finished it. I think he really liked it..
