Aperitive cu aroma de aniversare

Cine n-a trait macar o data pe pielea lui zicala: "ai grija ce-ti doresti pentru ca s-ar putea sa ti se implineasca", nu stie cum e sa tresari undeva in sufletul tau la intalnirea cu maria-sa Viata. Ca Ea, Viata ne asculta, se joaca, uneori ne trage de urechi, alteori picura dorinte implinite e o chestiune deja dovedita. Si cine n-a fost macar o data in viata lui mare actor in jocul Ei? Intr-o zi am intalnit tragedia si intr-o alta zi mi-am dorit senin ca locul acela dureros din sufletul si viata mea sa fie umplut. Intr-o buna zi, cand deja uitasem ce mi-am dorit, viata a zambit, s-a jucat un pic si am primit ce-am cerut intr-un mod mai putin asteptat. Atat de putin asteptat ca si acum, dupa aproape 10 ani de la acel moment ma minunez de creativitatea ei, a Vietii. Si cum orice aniversare se lasa cu tort si mancare, iata aici un platou numai bun de pus pe masa.


Portii: 8 persoane
Timp de preparare: pana la 1 ora
Ingrediente:
18 rosii cherrySalata de vinete200 gr salam uscat si condimentat200 gr carnaciori de bere12 panini "on the go" sai chifle100 gr pepene galben5 ardei copti si marinati100 gr branza telemea sau Fetapatrunjel verde maruntit, boia, macMod de preparare:
Preparati aluatul de panini "on the go" dupa reteta din acest blog, sau cumparati chifle gata facute, cu conditia sa aiba dimensiuni medii si sectionati-le la jumatate, fara a desprinde cele doua bucati de chifla;crapati fiecare carnacior de bere in patru la fiecare capat si puneti-i la microunde pentru 5 minunte, la putere maxima, sau prajiti-i intr-o tigaie cu putin ulei si apa (sunt gata atunci cand capetele crestate se deschid ca intr-o forma de floare);coaceti 5 ardei, curatati-i de pielite si marinati-i intr-o vinegreta de sare, ulei, zahar si otet, dupa gust; rupeti fasii din ardeii copti si asezat-i in interiorul chiflelortaiati branza in cubulete si tavaliti cubuletele prin boia, mac, verdeata si infgeti-le alaturi de o maslina in chifla umpluta cu ardeiul copt;spalati rosioarele Cherry si taiati-le un capacel, fara a-l desprinde de rosie; goliti-le de continut si umpleti cu salata de vinete;pe platou asezati chiflele umplute, un rand de carnaciorii de bere, un rand de feliute de salam picant peste care asezati bucatele de pepene galben, un rand de rosioare umplute intre felii de salam picat si terminati cu un nou rand de chifle umplute; presarati masline printre bunatatile de pe platou.Secrete:
Pentru un gust mai bogat, preparati salata de ardei copti cu o zi inainte si lasati-i la marinat intr-un recipient bine inchis, la rece;numarul de chifle si rosii variaza in functie de cate persoane vor servi din platou, dar nu trebuie sa fie mai mic de 2 bucati/persoana.
