Put the butter, the water and a pinch of salt in a pot and bring to a boil.
Immediatly add the flour, and mix well, until the dough detachs from the pot. Take out of the heat.
Add the eggs one by one, mixing well each time.
Finally add the grated cheese.
Arrange little balls of dough on a baking tray, and bake 25 minutes at 350°F (180°C). At then end of cooking time, slighlty open the door et wait a few minutes before taking the puffs out of the oven.
There you are, your cheese puffs are ready!
