Prepare the dough 1 and 2 separately. Mix all the ingredients of Dough 1 together and knead till you get a soft dough. Leave it aside for 30 minutes. Mix all the ingredients of Dough 2 together and knead till you get a soft dough. Leave it aside for 30 minutes. Dough 1 and 2 - Divide into 24 equal pieces . Wrap dough 1 with dough 2. - 2)Bbq pork Filling:
Marinate the meat for at least 4 hours before roasting it in oven at 200 C. Bake for 1/2 hr to 3/4 hour till cooked. Diced the bbq meat. Heat olive oil in a pan. Saute the onions for 1-2 minutes. Add in diced bbq meat and the rest of the ingredients except the thickening and stir fry for 1 - 2 minutes. Add in the thickening and simmer till the gravy has thickened. Dish up and cool it and divide the filling into 24 portions. Set aside for use later.
