Replace your pizza dough with some eggplants, or zucchinis, or even mushrooms, and get this tasty and healthy appetizer !

Ingredients

2 medium sized eggplants
2 mozzarella balls
tomato sauce
salt
pepper
olive oil
oregano

Cook time25 min

After cleaning them, cut the eggplants in 0.4 inches wide slices
Put them on a baking tray and drizzle with olive oil. Then sprinkle salt, pepper and oregano.
Bake for 20 minutes at 390°F
Once cooked, put some tomato sauce on the slices, then a slice of mozzarella on each of them.
Put them back in the oven for 5 minutes. Here you are !!
