ASIAN MARINATED PORK TENDERLOIN
I love Asian marinated meat and this recipe is a keeper.
Ingredients: 1/4 cup soy sauce1/4 cup packed brown sugar2 tablespoons white wine1 1/2 teaspoons dried minced onion1 teaspoon ground cinnamon2 tablespoons olive oil1 clove crushed garlic1/2 teaspoon grated ginger2 (3/4 pound) pork tenderloinsDirections: Place soy sauce, brown sugar, white wine, dried onion, cinnamon, olive oil, garlic and ginger in a large resealable plastic bag. Seal, and shake to mix. Place pork in bag with marinade, seal, and refrigerate for 6 to 12 hours. Preheat grill for high heat. Lightly oil grate. Place tenderloins on grill, and discard marinade.
