* Note: You can choose to buy your dough premade.  Use refrigerated sugar cookie dough, macadamia cookie dough, brownie dough or chocolate chip dough from your local dairy case supermarket.



These four homemade doughs can be used to make assorted cookies for a large crowd for a  party they take very little time and sure to please everyone. You only need one batch of white cookie dough and one batch of chocolate cookie dough. There are so many variations you can make the skies the limit!



 You will need :





Assorted miniatures candy bars
Assorted candy bars, snickers, Hersey, musketeer's, Heath bars,  or any of your favorites





Red and Green Sprinkles
Assorted colored candy sprinkles green, red, non perils, miniature marshmallows, chocolate chips in green and white or red and white etc.



Optional: Nuts, jams, fruits ( you can use butter cookie dough ad fresh fruits and brush melted jam on top the *shortbread cookie dough goes well with these highlighted above for the recipe.

Sprinkle with cinnamon and sugar.Use a confectionery sugar and water frosting over the top.

Mix chopped hazelnuts with Nutella and spread over plain baked cookie cups

Top with chopped maraschino cherries( red and green)

Use mint flavored chips





 Mini muffin tins I use four tins in separate batches

Mini muffin liners  this makes around 100 mini cookies with two batches of dough.



Roll a scant teaspoon ball of dough and place into paper liners in your muffin tins. Press down slightly with your index finger. Top with  chopped assorted candy, marshmallows and chocolate chips, filled with jams, make them plain and decorate after cooling or use some sprinkles and colors of your choice . Bake on 350 till set around 6 to 8 minutes. Remove from oven cool.
