Avarakkai peanut poriyal
Ingredients : Snow peas - 250 gmsMustard seeds - 1 tspUrad dal - 1 tspCurry leaves - 1 tspOnion - 1 noChilly powder - 2 tspTurmeric powder - 1/4 tspRoasted peanut - 1/4 cup (Coarsely grinded)Salt to tasteWater - 1/4 cupMethod : 1. Coarsely grind the roasted peanut & keep aside. 2. Heat oil in the pan, add mustard seeds, urad dal, curry leaves & finely chopped onions & saute till golden brown. 3. Add chopped snow peas, turmeric powder, chilly powder & salt. Add water, cover and cook till done. 4. Finally, add the coarsely grinded peanut powder & saute for 5 min.
