Ayam Zaman -World Cup at Crowne Plaza

Last Thursday, My friends and i decided to watch the match at Crowne Plaza..
My friends had reached their before me and informed me that only Ayam Zaman is showing the match!!i was shocked coz it wasnt mentioned on the flyer!!
Ayam Zaman was packed...after moving and being tossed around a couple of times we finally got a seat near the screen!! We watched the match for sometime and decided to order some drinks and my friends wanted sheesha. We placed the Order and in no time we got the drinks and the sheesha...
There were enough of staff for that night to check on everyone..but i dont know why especially my friends were being ignored and it was not acceptable...they wanted coal change for their sheesha...and had to ask several times from different people but no one responded then finally i saw my friends loosing their patience and that was not nice !! so i went up to the supervisor and discussed the problem with him..he was nice and helpfully!!normally i wouldnt do something like this but this it was extremely rude of them to ignore my friends...
so finally we were getting the service which we should have got like 15- 20 mins back...personally i was a bit disappointed with what happened coz this has never happened to us before...i agree it was a busy night..basically house full at Ayam Zaman but they should have been prepared for it especially when it was the game night!! come on!!!
The drinks were nice....we enjoyed it..but after the slow service we really didnt feel like ordering anything to eat...

The service of Ayam Zaman in Salmiya is way better than the one in Crowne Plaza..sorry guys we love u'll but u really got to improve on the service!!
