Pork Ribs must be washed and clean else you might have bits of tiny left over bones. Some people call it Tauchu or taucu or fermanted salted soy beans.

  • Wash & Cut Ribs.
    Chop garlic to tiny cubes.
  • Marinate Ribs at least 20-30mins with sesame oil- you can put it in fridge.
  • Heat up oil, fry garlic, fry 10 secs.
    Add taucu, sugar, ginger.
  • Add chicken, mix it up, add water for 20mins.
    Add chilli padi.
