Baci Cupcake

It’s been a while. November was exam-a-rama and organising my trip back to Perth. Then Christmas creeps up and before you know it time’s flown!

But I’m back, with a vengeance!

Behold, the Baci Cupcake. The most decadent cupcake I have ever made and eaten. Few have successfully devoured the entire cupcake due to its super-intense chocolate & sugar hit. Hence it’s nickname “Kiss of Death”: Baci means ‘kiss’ in Italian, and it’s so sweet death by chocolate might be a reality!

It comprises a choc-hazelnut muffin, a generous dollop of nutella in the middle, topped with Lindt dark chocolate ganache, chocolate flakes, and half a Baci chocolate.

This was an original recipe that I’m pretty pleased with, so I’m going to be totally selfish and keep it under lock-and-key as a secret recipe, while taunting y’all with food pr0n *drool*
