Backlog
I have quite the backlog of blog posts for you guys– lunch with Crimson Catering, the rest of my visit to Mohegan Sun, and, of course, the blog dinner at Small Plates, which was such a nice time. If you would like a little preview of the blog dinner, Sabrina already posted a great recap. It was really nice meeting so many wonderful women with similar interests! Thanks for coming, ladies! So, I made stove top oats again! They are SO delicious, and not really THAT much more work. Check out the creaminess! Yesterday, a number of commenters mentioned overnight oats, which are next on my list to try! In the mix: 1/2 cup dry oats 1 cup vanilla hemp milk 1/4 cup pumpkin 1/4 cup wheat berries 1 scoop of peanut butter Lunch Preview Today’s lunch is a grab-and-go, which means it is comprised of travel-friendly and convenient foods– SO Delicious soy yogurt with peanut butter Puffins, an Odwalla bar, and two clementines. It took me 30 seconds to make this lunch. Question of the Day When did you start reading the food blogs, and how did you find them?
