5 thick slices or 7 thin slices of bacon
2 tbsp butter
1 small white onion, sliced very thin
1 small head of cabbage – cut in half
2 tbsp cider vinegar
1 bay leaf (optional)
Any recipe that uses fish together with some cider vinegar can’t be too bad.
