Bacon Wrapped Lil Smokies

By anniebakes (Visit website)

Since the Super Bowl was not too long ago, I thought I would post a few of the appetizers that we made to get us through the big game!  Sorry I didn't think to post these BEFORE, but who can't use a good appetizer recipe any time of the year!

Bacon Wrapped Lil Smokies

INGREDIENTS:

1- 16 ounce package of Lil Smokies
1 pound bacon
3/4 cup brown sugar

DIRECTIONS:

Preheat the oven to 325 degrees.  Line a baking sheet with aluminum foil.  Cut the bacon into thirds and wrap each smokie with one piece, using a toothpick to secure it.  Put them on the baking sheet and sprinkle with the brown sugar.  Bake for 30-35 minutes and wa-la instant, easy appetizers!
