Baked Chicken in Thai Green Curry Coconut Sauce


Yeah I’m really into this baking chicken thing now since getting such awesome results. Once again the chicken turned out moist and just….fantastic. Added it in at the last minute – worked great.


Also the young corn added a nice crunch.
