This was what's for dinner last night.

3.  Dip meat in beaten eggs.
4.  Rub steak with grated cheese
5.  Coat in flour.
6.  Sprinkle bread crumbs. (I used Japanese Bread Crumbs).
7.  Dot with butter.
8.  Pan-fry until flour is cooked and meat changes color.
9.  Set aside.

Sauce:

1.  Add all the ff: ingredients, whisk in low fire until simmering.
1 can cream of mushroom soup
1 can milk (I used the cream of mushroom can)
2 eggs
1/2 cup shredded cheese
1/8 cup butter
1 chicken buillion cube

Baking:

1.  Put meat in baking pan.
2.  Sprinkle with bread crumbs and dot each meat with butter.
3.  Sprinkle with mixed vegetables.
4.  Pour mushroom sauce.
5.  Sprinkle with parmesan cheese.
6.  Bake in a pre-heated oven 350 deg. for 20-30 minutes.
7.  Serve and Enjoy!
