Bangers For Bonfire Night
If there’s one thing that has to be enjoyed around a bonfire, it’s a delicious hot dog! Here’s a simple recipe with a few extra trimmings, to get you in the mood. Have a great bonfire night everyone! Serves 2 2 thick pork sausages 1 tbsp extra virgin olive oil Dijon mustard 2 large, long soft rolls 2 thick slices roasted pork or ham 1 onion, peeled and sliced into rings Handful lamb?s lettuce Pan fry the sausages in extra virgin olive oil until golden brown. Remove from the pan and blot on kitchen paper. Halve the rolls and spread liberally with Dijon mustard. Place the pork slices on top with some onion rings. Add halved pork sausages and top with more onion rings, and lambs lettuce. related searches : Bangers
