Barley Payasam
Ingredients
Soaked Barley : 1 cup Milk : 2 cups Grated jaggery : 3/4 cup Cardamaom Cashewnuts Saffron Method Cook overnight soaked barley in pressure cooker and keep aside. Boil milk in a pan , add barley and let it cook till the milk thickens and reduces a bit. Switch off the flame and add grated jaggery and mix well. Add cardamom powder and roasted cashewnuts.
