Bazlama?a
Meni omiljeni kola?. Jednostavan, brz i fin. Iako su mnogi komentirali da znaju ?to je bazlama?a, kad bi probali "na?u" verziju, ostali su zapanjeni jer je to skroz ne?to drugo neg su oni mislili. e pa sad :)
Sastojci Za tijesto 1 l mlijeka 2 jaja 2 ?lice ?e?era 350 g bra?na 1 vanili ?e?er Nadjev 360 g kiselog vrhnja ?e?era cimeta Priprema U posudi umije?amo mlijeko, bra?no, jaje, ?e?er i vanili ?e?er - kao za pala?inke. Izlijemo u ve?u, malo pobra?njenu tepsiju (onu od pe?nice) i stavimo pe?i. dok se pe?e, bazlama?a ?zatrudni?, tj. raste joj stomak (tako me mama uvijek zezala kad sam bila mala, sjedila bi ispred pe?nice i virila unutra kroz staklo da vidim kako raste stomak :D ) i onda pukne. Nemojte se ni?ta brinuti, to je normalno. Pe?eno izvaditi i namazati obilno kiselim vrhnjem, posuti ?e?erom, pa cimetom, pa opet ?e?erom i onda vratiti u pe?nicu par minuta da se svi ti sastojci stope.
