Beautiful Beaufort

We are in beautiful Beaufort, SC again.  We are suppose to be relocating to the area but because we can't sell our house we are in a constant state of  chaos.  Hubby works out here and the kids and I are still in TN.  Have you been to Beaufort?  It is where they filmed Forrest Gump, The Great Santini, Prince of Tides as well as many other movies.  It is also a place with a great history and beautiful old architecture.   I do love it out here but would also love to stay in TN - just need to find Hubby a job back home so we can all be together again.  It is a beautiful day here (seems like it always is) so the kids and I are going to leave the hotel room and go for a walk - Little Man and Sweet Girl love to look for the turtles and the little Fiddler crabs  in the marsh behind the hotel and then we sit by the fountain and enjoy a few peaceful moments.  Maybe when Hubby gets off for the day we will go by the water and walk and look at the boats, play at the playground and enjoy the view of Beautiful Beaufort.  I'll try to post a pic when I get back to town.
