Driving home from work, I realized that I should sit on my balcony to work on my paper and that's exactly what I did. I set up my little table and chair with my computer.
And enjoyed the beautiful view from the balcony while working.
And had two jealous kitties who wanted badly to join me on the balcony.
After a few hours of working away, I got hungry and realized that I left my yogurt with strawberries in the fridge at work. I went inside with the intention of having some almond butter on a cocopop, but then I remembered the delicious smoothie I had last night and decided to duplicate it again. This time it was sans strawberries because I didn't have any more frozen strawberries.
Yes, I ate the whole bowl! And so good. Plus full of protein from the greek yogurt. This will get me through BodyPump. And now I have to get ready to head for the gym. Enjoy the rest of the afternoon all!
