Beef based fat burning soup recipe
This is a very basic beef based veggie soup that I am seasoning as I heat it up so I can vary the taste- everything from Italian seasonings to salsa and Mexican spices. Play with these recipes and make them to suit yourself- you are, after all, the one who is eating them. Once again- tons of veggies with a bit of broth- definitely hearty. I am using what is on sale in my area, making this very affordable. You can use beef boullion with fresh clear water to make the stock.
1 bag coleslaw mix 1 1/2 pounds sliced carrots 1 1/2 pounds chopped mushrooms (I used baby bellas since that was what was on sale) 1 1/2 pounds green beans- trimmed and cut in half or thirds 2/3 bunch celery, sliced 1 large onion, diced Beef stock to cover + 2 -3 inches Put everything in a big stockpot. Bring to a good rolling boil then turn down to a low boil for a few hours or simmer overnight (I would have used crockpot but it would have filled more than one and I didn't want the extra dishes).
