Beef Tomato Autumn
A recipe created by Joey, my husband. It is named as such because the dish resembles the color of the autumn season.
Ingredients: almost 3/4 kilo of beef sirloin 1 onion chopped 2 tablespoons minced garlic 7 large tomatoes chopped 1 medium size Chinese cabbage (Snow Cabbage) sliced oil water salt and pepper How to prepare: Saute the beef in a frying pan. Add the onion and garlic after the beef is already golden brown. Add the tomatoes after. Stir the beef, onion, garlic, and tomatoes in a low heat fire for about 5 minutes or once the tomatoes are already cooked. Add some water, salt and pepper to taste. Add the Chinese cabbage after 5 minutes of boiling. Turn off the heat after adding the cabbage and cover the pan to let the steam cook the leaves. Enjoy cooking and happy eating!
